I'm having difficulty connect to some of my CR1000 dataloggers using PC400 4.7. I'm using a serial cable plugged into the RS232 port. These dataloggers also have NL116 interfaces and some are being polled over cell. When I try to connect the device times out, but if I change the baud rate, it will immediately connect and then function normally. They also seem to connect just fine using the Device Configuration Utility.
