Resolution in Hz of the CR850?

Please, what is the resolution in Hz of the CR850?

If I have an anemometer that has an output in Hz (frequency) with how many decimal places can I read it?

I notice that in my readings I only get 0.1 resolution. Is it possible to have a resolution of  0.0001 Hz ...Example 128,9823 Hz? Normally anemometers have output from 0 to 400 Hz.
