Dear all,
I have connected the RUT956 to the CR800 using a null modem (RS232) to communicate via LTE network. The connection was succesful and communication with the logger was established at the server but the logger is not showing the IP address under 'PPP'. This means there is no way to tell if the logger is communicating when you are on site unless there is someone checking for you on the server side. What could be the cause of this?and how do I fix it?
