I would like to ask if there is any way to delete only the measurements within the data logger without erase the current program .

If I understand your question correctly, I believe that you can do what you are asking using the File Control panel in LoggerNet's Connect Screen or in the Device Configuration Utility's File Control panel. You can click on the "Stop" button and then select "Delete Data" in the resulting dialogue. After the program is stopped, you can then restart it by selecting the file and then clicking on the "Run Options" button.
