i can not establish a direct connection via serial cable as i used to do before, and this happened after having lost external power for a long time before i discoverd it. Qq(internal battery maybe the reason behind, it was almost discharged)
when i adjusted the external power, the cr1000 doesn't have connection with computer anymore as i mentioned it above using both pc200w and device configuration utility
how can i reboot it or reload the os? And if there is another recommendation
