Hello,
I'm trying to configure CR1000X using Device Config Utility 2.19 , but there is no user and password input boxes in cellular tab (It asks only for APN). Moreover, device Config Utility displays "Powering up" for cellular status and then it displays "Firmware update mode. Error : Start-up failure!" and then it displays "Power off. Error : Start-up failure!".
Any advice? Thanks in advance!
We should do two things:
1. Update Device Config Utility to the latest version 2.30. (This will probably not fix your issue but will get Dev Config updated so we know we can trust what's on it.) - https://www.campbellsci.com/devconfig
2. Then we should update the firmware in your modem from the modem's built in webpage under the Downloads section of the CELL2XX product page here: https://www.campbellsci.com/cell210 - Once that file is download the update instrucitons are below:

- Connect a USB cable between your module and computer.
- Open a web browser and go to: www.cell.linktodevice.com/.
- On the OS Update tab, click on the Send File button and select the new firmware file. (i.e. CELL_2xx_01_02_030.WEB.OBJ.GZ)
