Hi all,
not sure if there are still CR10 and CR21X users out here...but maybe someone has an idea ;-)
I inherited two old loggers, a CR10 and CR21X, and while I am not too big a fan of Edlog, I thought they might be usuable in the lab. But I don't get any of them to talk to my computer..I have an SC-32A plus an SC-USB to connect them to the computer's serial port (needed to dig out an old Windows 7 laptop to get the driver working so the COM-Port was configured right). Then I used LoggerNet to get communication established to the loggers. Before I had the driver for the SC-USB going, I just didn't get any communication, now I got one step further, but this error message: "Classic:CmdClockSet failed".
As I understand, reading/setting the datalogger's clock is one of the first tests in the communication program, so maybe it is just another way to say " no communication". But still, anyone any ideas what I could do?
The CR21X is definitely "alive", I changed batteries and can see the display (and set the clock that is running), no idea about the state of the CR10.
Very grateful for any tips here to proceed!
