CR1000X IOS8.01 -Ethernet power - Bug

As soon as you set date to 1989 or older the ethernet port is turned off  which is a major bug,

suppose a remote unit with a transmitter hooked to ethernet port and if by accident the date is changed to 1989 or older, communication with the unit is lost forever.

Hello Arbi, Ive not been able to duplicate this issue. Is your CR1000X running the latest Operating System (OS)?

8.01 is the latest, here is a link to that download if needed:

CR1000X(e) OS: Get the latest download

Be sure to collect your data and save the programs and settings on the CR1000X prior to updating the OS.
