CR3000 issue - communication through Device Config Utility not possible

Hi, all. I tried to update the OS of my CR3000 to version 29, but while sending the OS, the communication was interrupted at some point and now I can't connect to the logger using the Device Configuration Utility. I can't send the OS anew, either.

I tried using two USB/RS232 adapters. Didn't succeed with either.

I also tried updating the Device Configuration Utility to the latest version, but to no avail.

Does anyone know what can be done to solve this?
